中國哲學、東方宗教與生態永續－ 當代宗教生態學的新課題

環境和生態危機的克服，需要的不只是知識和技術，還需要信念、規範和實踐，並將人類與物種和自然重新連結。啟蒙以來的現代化思維獨尊人類主體性，割裂人與自然世界整體之關聯。中國哲學和東方宗教不具此一主客分立、獨尊人類主體(主宰性)的特性。

謝鎮群獲 2016－2017 Fulbright Senior Grants 於耶魯大學訪問研究，研究主題為「宗教與幸福」。目前延續在耶魯的工作，包括 Religious Ecology宗教生態學、Spiritual Nursing靈性照護和Life Worth Living (類似台灣的生命教育)，致力於雙邊合作，也尋求能推動這些計畫與國際合作的機構。
Dr. Mark Shieh is 2016-2017 Fulbright Senior who works on the research topic “Religious Education and Well-being” at Yale University. Continuing the research at Yale, Dr. Shieh currently works on collaborative research including “Religious Ecology,” “Spiritual Nursing,” and “Life Worth Living.” He also welcomes partner institutions to support these research topics and international cooperations.
