Dr. Arianne M. Gaetano is Associate Professor of Anthropology and Faculty Affiliate of Women's and Gender Studies at Auburn University. Her research focuses on social change in contemporary China and Taiwan, particularly gender, migration, and marriage. Her publications include articles, book chapters, and Out to Work: Migration, Gender, and the Changing Lives of Rural Women in Contemporary China (University of Hawai'i Press, 2015).
