Hua-Tzu Chan is the Deputy Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei. She holds a Ph.D. in Arts Management and Cultural Policy from the National Taiwan University of Arts. With nearly two decades of experience in the visual arts field, she has been deeply engaged in museum leadership, research, international collaboration, and public engagement with contemporary art. Her work and research focus on cultural equity and accessibility in museums, as well as innovative institutional practices, with a commitment to advancing art’s public value and social impact.
