Yi-Hsuan (Yvonne) Cheng holds a Master’s degree in Global Communication and Innovation Technology from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ming Chuan University. She is a 2025–2026 Fulbright Taiwan FLTA Program grantee, serving as a Visiting Scholar at Utah Valley University in the United States. She has also been selected for several competitive government-sponsored programs, including the Ministry of Culture Overseas Internship Program (2024), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs INGO Program (2023), and the MOFA Youth Ambassador Program (2022). Her international experiences span Malaysia, Thailand, Palau, and the United States.
