傅爾布萊特獎學金是二次世界大戰後美國及各國政府共同支持下成立，歷史最悠久、規模最大且聲譽最高的跨國獎學金計畫。身為該計畫創始國之一，中華民國與美國目前已選送超過3,000位學術界、教育界、研究人員及政府領導階層的領袖菁英進行雙邊交流。今年度(民國103-104年)選送47位台灣與87位美國學者、學生、專業人士，進行交流。此影片透過傑出學友邱正雄先生現身說法，指出傅爾布萊特交換計畫對台灣的貢獻，以及對於「帶給世界多一點點知識，少一點點衝突」願景的維繫與實踐。

The Fulbright Program began after WWII and is the oldest, most prestigious large-scale exchange scholarship program supported by the U.S. and partner counties. The ROC was a founding partner, and the Program has jointly supported over 3,000 academic leaders, teachers, researchers, and leadership elites. In 2014-2015, 47 Taiwanese and 87 American scholars, student, and teachers participated. Paul Chiu, the Distinguished Alumnus, shared their view on Fulbright Program’s contribution to Taiwan and its effort to make “a world with a little more knowledge and a little less conflict.”
