Julia Andrews received her PhD from University of California at Berkeley, and she is a Distinguished Professor of History of Art at Ohio State University.
While Dr. Andrews was in Taiwan, she was on a cross strait fellowship based in Academia Sinica in the Institute of History and Philology.
