Injazz J. Chen is Ahuja Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Cleveland State University, where he has received several awards for research and teaching excellence. Focusing on SCM and sustainability, his research findings published in top-tier journals have been cited over 4,000 times in the past 5 years.
