我加入由內科風濕免疫部門Professor Mark Mamula主持的實驗室,參與聚焦於探討自體免疫疾病和癌症中涉及破壞自體蛋白的免疫耐受性的早期事件(如:蛋白質轉譯後修飾、抗原呈現機制及基因表位擴散等生物化學形式變化)的研究,該實驗室過去的研究成果已被開發為抗腫瘤疫苗,是未來可應用於乳腺癌和結腸癌的新型療法。
